WTS

After configuration, setup data can be quickly saved either to a CURE knowledge key or uploaded to a central file server for simple downloading to other WTS systems. Because the CURE Controller supports up to four vision sensors, there is a low-cost per inspection point. The CURE recognition engine is cost effective and fast. Due to the neural network logic being implemented in hardware, recognition is only microseconds and results occur in real-time.

Being an industrial device, the WTS was designed to easily interface with common factory automation devices such as PCs, PLCs, sensors and so on. An optional discrete I/O adapter provides eight or 24 optically isolated inputs/outputs. The WTS is easily configured via Ethernet with Neural ID’s CUREVision^TM configuration software running on the user’s laptop or other PC.
